Purpose of the website

The website presents marketing information about the Corporate Happy Hour service for companies, including quantities, toppings, upgrades and delivery. It is intended for information and enquiries and is not an online ordering or payment system.

Prices and quotations

• Prices shown on the website include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• The final price depends on quantity, date, address, delivery, upgrades and availability.
• An enquiry through the website is not an order and does not bind either party. An order becomes effective only after express confirmation by the branch and agreement on its terms.
• If information conflicts, a written quotation or order confirmation takes precedence over general website information.

Availability, delivery and changes

The service is subject to product and staff availability, delivery area and the requested date. Delivery outside Netanya requires a quotation and prior approval. Reasonable changes to the topping selection or delivery method may be made in coordination with the customer.

Allergens and dietary requirements

The kitchen uses products containing, among other allergens, gluten, milk, eggs, soy, tree nuts, peanuts and sesame. Food is prepared in a shared environment, so we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens or cross-contamination.

Customers with an allergy, sensitivity or dietary requirement must inform the team in advance and confirm suitability before approving an order. This does not limit any responsibility that applies under law.

Information and images

We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but errors or temporary discrepancies may occur. Images are for illustration, and actual presentation may vary depending on the order, ingredient availability and serving method.

Permitted use

The website must not be used to harm others, impersonate, submit false information, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt operation or act unlawfully. Website content, the logo, design and images may not be copied or used commercially without prior permission, except for ordinary sharing of a link to the website.
